✔ Check I am in good health before you arrive for treatment.
✔ Wash my hands prior to your arrival.
✔ Wait on the pavement for when you arrive. I will open and close the side gate for you.
✔ Ensure all surfaces, including the floor, are thoroughly cleaned between appointments.
✔ Disinfect non-porous materials and equipment.
✔ Wash porous materials e.g. couch and reflexology chair covers, sheets and face rest covers after every treatment.
✔ Ventilate the treatment room.
✔ If I start to display Covid-19, flu or similar virus symptoms then your treatment will be rescheduled and you will not be charged for this.

Prior to your treatment:
- Ensure you are hydrated; water is preferable over tea, coffee or soft drinks. You should aim to go to the toilet at least once an hour.
- Be aware of the ingredients used in the treatment room. You can check here,
- Make sure, 12-24 hours prior to your treatment, that you are not displaying any Covid-19, Flu or similar symptoms. Being ill during a treatment could make your symptoms worse so it’s better to reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling well.
- If you start displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, Flu or similar viruses, please contact me as soon as possible and we will reschedule your treatment, The cancellation policy can be found here.
At your treatment:
✔ If you require the toilet, to go before you arrive.
✔ Bring a bottle of water for your refreshment.
✔ Arrive at the agreed time.
✔ I will open and close the side gate for you.
✔ Currently there isn’t an official requirement for you or I to wear a mask or face covering, but if you wish to do then you may.
✔ Pay by card or cash. I still accept cash but I don’t have change.
All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
