I, the therapist, will

Check I am in good health before you arrive for treatment.
Wash my hands prior to your arrival.
Wait by the side gate for when you arrive and will open and close it for you.
 Ensure all surfaces, including the floor, are thoroughly cleaned between appointments.
Disinfect non-porous materials and equipment.
Wash porous materials e.g. couch and reflexology chair covers, sheets and face rest covers after every treatment.
Ventilate the treatment room.
If I start to display Covid-19 symptoms then your treatment will be rescheduled and you will not be charged for this.

You will be asked to

Prior to your treatment:

  • Ensure you are hydrated; water is preferable over tea, coffee or soft drinks. You should aim to go to the toilet at least once an hour.
  • Make sure, 12-24 hours prior to your treatment, that you are not displaying any Covid-19 symptoms. Being ill during a treatment could make your symptoms worse so it’s better to reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling well.
  • If you start displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact me as soon as possible and we will reschedule your treatment.

At your treatment:

Bring a bottle of water for your refreshment.
Arrive at the agreed time.
 I will open and close the side gate for you.
✔ Currently there isn’t an official requirement for you to wear a mask or face covering when I am wearing a mask, but if you wish to do then you may.
Pay by card or cash. I still accept cash but don’t have change.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
