If you have chronic pain, a block of weekly massage appointments will aid in your healing process.
6 x 1 hour sports massage appointment on consecutive weeks will be initially booked for maximum results.
After 4 weeks we will do a review to see if you require two more weekly massages or two every other week.
3 x 1 hour appointment

Perfect for planning ahead or dealing with a niggling issue which needs a couple of treatments.
Each month you can choose between a Sports Massage, Hot Stones, Reflexology, Gentle Release Therapy or a combination of treatments.

We usually don’t remember about booking an appointment until we are aching and in pain, or stressed out, so by booking your appointment in advance, you won’t have to worry about getting to that point.
