Wow, I’m not sure what’s in the air but it’s been a really long week!
For anyone else feeling it today, here’s something I created for you. These are 3 neck stretches that you can do anywhere without any equipment.
They are fab for helping you feel more like you after a long week, sitting at a desk or feeling like you’re carrying a lot of weight on your shoulders.
ᗪIᔕᑕᒪᗩIᗰEᖇ: These are meant to be very gentle.
If you have neck pain, you may find that strengthening your neck would be more beneficial than stretching.
