I’ve found that sometimes we need instant help to our aches and pains. Sometimes waking up in the morning we can find that it’s a struggle to get out of bed, brush our hair or teeth and it can feel like the day is a struggle – it can really be a mental and physical battle. I want to share with you some stretches and self massage tips that you can do at home or during a work break.
