“A positive mindset is the most powerful tool available to us”
Last night I had 8 1/2 hours sleep, that’s the most I’ve had in years! It was interrupted with both my daughter (6) and son (3) having nightmares but that didn’t matter. I used to have 4 – 5 hours sleep for literally years.
This morning, feeling like a completely different and more relaxed person, I actually felt happy to sit down with a coffee and read Men’s Health magazine without a frazzled, sleep-deprived brain!
Ant’s comments on mental health and having a positive mindset resonates with so much that I strongly believe in, and live by.
